Let Me Plan, Shop, and Cook for You!

During my postpartum I would have loved someone who could plan my menu, grocery shop, and turn them into delicious meals for me - So I decided to do that for you!

Healthy, nourishing, home-cooked meals to the highest standard of clean eating:

Locally grown, farm raised, organic, non-gmo, no seed-oils, whole food based.

My Mission

Provide postpartum mamas with healthy, whole, and healing food to set the family up for ease and peace of mind around nourishment, in the first few weeks of the beautiful postpartum bubble.

My version of 'healthy' food:

Meat, dairy, and animal fat will be local, pasture raised, grass-fed, and hormone free. If a small amount of grain supplementation is used per the farmers discretion, it will be organic and non-gmo. Never sourced from a store, always sourced from a farm. â€‹

Fruits and veggies will be locally sourced and seasonal when possible, not sprayed with toxic chemicals, and always organic. â€‹â€‹

Grains and legumes will be organic and non-gmo. Sourced from small private farms when possible.

Gluten, such as pasta and bread, will be made in-house, and fermented using sourdough starter, for optimal digestion and bio-availability. I use imported flour from Europe that hasn't been destroying by America's industrialized grain farming practices :)

I will NOT compromise on the following, in any single ingredient in my cooking: Seed oils, artificial sugar, food dyes, processed/lab-made/bioengineered food, carcinogen-linked pesticides, DNA-altering/genetically modifying processes, and any ingredients you cannot pronounce :)

The Process

  1. Fill out this form here to get started. This is where I gather all my information to best serve you! You can tell me dietary allergies, preferences, pick your meals, ask for special requests, and fill me in on when you're expecting your blessing into this world!

  2. Once I receive your form and we solidify meals, I will take payment via Venmo.

  3. I will text you when your freezer meals are ready for pick up in Spring Hill. This will be by the time you're 36 weeks pregnant.

  4. When you give birth, text me! I will drop off a loaf of freshly baked sourdough bread :)
