We believe that good meals start with good sourcing - so we're delivering real foods that emphasize eating close to the source, supporting small, and lowering the toxic burden that modern food places on our bodies.

We emphasize foods that promote vitality from a whole-food approach, such as local, farm raised, and seasonal meat, fruits, vegetables, fat, and dairy, as well as organic & non-GMO grains and legumes. All while eliminating processed foods, artificial sugars, and seed-oils.

The goal is to nourish the body and support physical and mental vitality, helping you feel more confident in what you're putting into your body and feeding your family with. Let us help you make healthy eating effortless for you and your family.

What is Farm-to-Table Grocery Concierge?

What I give you...

01. Menu Plan

Thoughtfully crafted each week to include breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the entire family—designed with balance, variety, and ease in mind.

02. Food Sourcing

Clean, whole foods selected from trusted local farms and markets to align with your menu. Customization available to meet dietary needs and preferences.

03. Seamless Delivery

Your groceries will be delivered every Monday between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM, ensuring your kitchen is stocked and ready for the week ahead.

What you're agreeing to...

01. Monthly Service Fee

A $250 service fee is due on the 1st of each month, covering my time planning & sourcing.

02. Reimburse

Reimburse us via Venmo for the hard cost of the food purchased on your behalf. The typical grocery budget ranges from $100–$150 per family member, per week.

Ex: Family of four would spend $400-$600 per week on the cost of food. If you're a family of 4 but have 2 little kids, I can shop for 3 instead of 4, thus lowering the cost to $300-$450 per week.

03. Utilize Meals

Enjoy cooking and eating the thoughtfully planned and personally sourced meals prepared just for you and your family.

What if I am traveling for a week and don't need meals?

We'll simply skip the week and you  obviously won't owe my anything for groceries...the monthly service fee you paid on the 1st remains in full.

What if i don't like the food? I am picky? Or have allergies?

If you reach out via text or email and are interested in becoming a client, I will send you an intake form to fill out, which includes food allergies, favorite foods and least favorite foods, and any other dietary restrictions. Part of this process might require you to implement some changes in your eating - for the better! If you try it and that does't work for you, no problem, just don't renew the next month.

Is there a contract?

Nope! Simply pay the service fee on the 1st of the month and we're rocking in rolling! You can renew the next month or not, you're not locked into anything. If my Venmo requests for food are not fulfilled within the 24-hour window, as stated above, I will drop you as a client moving forward, keep the service fee you paid me for the month, and eat your food :)

This is a GREAT question! I do not subscribe to 'dieting' or 'diet culture' because it is not sustainable. Here are some hard NO's I will NOT compromise on in any single food or ingredient: Seed oils, artificial sugar, food dyes, processed/lab-made/bioengineered food, carcinogen-linked pesticides, DNA-altering/genetically modifying processes, and any ingredients you cannot pronounce :)

Meat, dairy, and animal fat will be local, pasture raised, grass-fed, and hormone free. If a small amount of grain supplementation is used per the farmers discretion, it will be organic and non-gmo.

Fruits and veggies will be locally soured, not sprayed with toxic chemicals, and organic.

Grains and legumes will be organic and non-gmo. Sourced from small private farms when possible. Legumes will be canned, so you do not have to sign you up for the soaking/rehydrating process.

Are you really buying me all my groceries?

You can obviously go to the store and buy yourself more food...but I will be providing enough food to sustain you and your family for 3 meals a day. The goal is that you can eliminate grocery store runs all together with this service, other than stocking up on some staples, but sometimes that is a learning curve for a family. These will not be purchased for you in your groceries I shop for and provide to you, under the assumption your kitchen already has them. This includes: Salt, pepper, high-quality monounsaturated fat (olive oil or MCT coconut oil is recommended), cooking vinegar and basic seasonings.
